Hire Fees: Our rates are structured for one-day rentals, ensuring that you have access to premium pieces without exceeding your budget.

GST: Kindly note that our listed prices are per item and do not include GST. Make sure to factor in an additional 10% when finalizing your order.

Delivery + Collection: Depending on your order and the date, you may choose to collect items from our studio in Laurieton, Mid North Coast, or Narrabeen, Northern Beaches. For our valued styling clients, we offer the convenience of delivery and collection. Fees for these services vary according to location, date/s, items selected, vehicle size, and labor required.

Note: Certain delicate or oversized items may exclusively be available through our delivery and collection service (not available for DRY HIRE). Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding your desired items, and we will provide guidance accordingly.

Booking Fee: To secure your complete hire order, we request a 50% non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is due one month before your event, ensuring a seamless planning process.

Bond: As part of your final invoice or as a cash bond upon item collection, a bond is required. Rest assured, this will be returned to you when items are returned as agreed, in the same impeccable condition in which they were hired.

Damages: While we take immense pride in the care of our items, if any unexpected incidents occur, rest assured that you will only be charged the replacement value in the rare event of damages.

1. What is "Dry Hire"?

   • Dry Hire allows you to rent items from us without our involvement in the selection or styling process. It means you are renting the item with no additional service requirements.

2. Why is a Deposit required?

   • A Deposit secures all the items on your quote for your event date, ensuring they are exclusively available to you until the deposit is received.

3. Are all items on the website available for my event?

   • No, certain styling props are exclusively reserved for clients we are actively styling for. We recommend reaching out to confirm the availability of items you are interested in, as some items may be booked well in advance. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability.
